How accurate is extraction on scanned or inconsistent documents?
Typed PDFs extract at 98%+ field accuracy. For scanned or low-quality PDFs we OCR automatically and fall back to a multi-pass review; every field ships with a confidence score so you know what to spot-check. If a file misses, our 24h refund-or-fix guarantee covers it.
What if the output needs correction?
Email the file ID and we will refund the credit or re-extract within 24 hours. No back-and-forth, no questions.
How is my data stored and for how long?
Files are encrypted at rest and in transit, deleted 30 days after upload unless they are attached to an active deal, and never used to train models. SSO, custom retention, and BAA available on Enterprise.
Can I process a full OM package (rent roll + T-12 + OS) as one deal?
